It has already started giving me ideas on products that I have virtually discarded and is gathering digital dust as I write this.

I think innovation of that sort is extremely cost effective and more and more critical to long-term success. Also, goes to prove the value of a well written press release. If only I could get my branch managers to catch the vision.
