Not less than 24 hours after posting this blog I met with a VP of a major software company. He and I talked about lots of things, but we also talked about budgets.

He said his budget is 6% of sales.

Maybe the days of 3% are over?

As Relationship Marketing Mananger of the biggest logistics company in Spain, bigger than UPS, DHL, TNT,..., I can tell you that we invest this figures aproximately, but in incentives/relationship programs, we are actually planning to invest more than 5% from our sales in actual/future customers.
